Substantial shareholders are advised to obtain acknowledgement of receipt from the Company Secretary / Corporate Affairs Manager when they submit their notifications of change in interests in the Company’s shares.

All such notifications must be given by the Substantial Shareholders to the Company and Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited within 2 business days:

(a) when they become a Substantial Shareholder of the Company;
(b) where there is a change in the percentage level of their interest(s) in the voting shares of the Company; and
(c) when they cease to be a Substantial Shareholder of the Company.
