Responsible for the Group's financial, accounting and treasury matters, Mr Ting is experienced in the area of finance and accounting with listed companies including KKB Engineering Berhad and Super Enterprise Holdings Berhad. He is a member of the Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Responsible for the Group's legal advisory matters, Ms Sim has experience advising listed companies that included Texchem Resources Berhad, Dreamgate Corporation Berhad and KNM Group Berhad. She was previously the legal counsel of KNM Group Berhad. She is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Mr Lau oversees the construction activities in the China shipyards and has over 28 years of experience in project management and ship repair and maintenance.

Mr Mark is responsible for the Group's technical matters and has more than 30 years of experience in consultancy and project management. He was previously the senior engineering manager of ASL Shipyard Pte Ltd.
