Responsible for the Group's strategic direction and shipbuilding operations, Datuk Tiong has over 20 years experience in the shipbuilding industry. In 1999, he became the Group's majority shareholder and oversaw the Nam Cheong Dockyard Sdn. Bhd. (NCD) in Miri and its interests in China, transforming the Group's primary function of constructing barges and fishing vessels into one of the largest OSV builders in Malaysia.

He is the founding member of CCK, a company listed on Bursa Malaysia. He is also the Honourary Life President of the World Federation of Fuzhou Association and the Honourary Life Chairman of the Federation of Foochow Association of Malaysia.

Responsible for the Group's commercial development and outsourcing function, Mr Leong has over 15 years of experience in sales and management and is well-versed in corporate structure development. Since joining NCD in 2005, he successfully marketed the company's vessels overseas, and presently oversees the commercial development and outsourcing of shipping contracts in China.

He is a member of the Regional Technical committee of ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Mr Tiong joined NCD as a director in 1993, and has more than 15 years of experience in area of corporate affairs and finance. He is the key driving force behind the implementation of the Enterprise Resources Planning IFCA system for budgeting and stock control.

He is recognised as a licensed company secretary by the Companies Commission of Malaysia and sits on the boards of CCK and various private limited companies.

Mr Ajaib has over 33 years of admiralty legal experience, from the sale and purchase of ships, marine insurance to commercial and banking litigation.

Mr Yee has vast experience in audit and accountancy. He has been a partner with CPA firm, Kit Yee & Co., since 1989.

Mr Lau has accumulated over 25 years of experience in the local and international food industry with the CCK Group.
